Shipping & Delivery
You choose your shipping method. You may choose USPS Parcel, Priority, or Express mail. All orders not specified will be shipped Ground. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy is important to us. We will not share or sell any of your information. Your payment information is safe with us. We use GeoTrust to encrypt our pages and thus keep your payment information safe.
Returns & Replacements
Currently All Sales Are Final. We are closing our doors and will not be able to accept returns at this time If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email us for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Returns are accepted on unused items, defective items only. Please be sure to take one diaper and try it on your baby before washing and use to make sure it fits correctly.
Once a return is authorize you should: Return to the address given, keep your shipping records. Put insurance on your package. Returns lost in the mail will not be refunded.
Shipping costs are only refunded if we are in error.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express payments. Paypal is also an accepted form of payment.
